Applicable to all orders

  • DELIVERY
    Free Delivery is available upon indicated promotion only. Is only available for local addresse in Singapore. Is valid for one time, one way trip only. Is valid for ground level or lift level access only. Delivery to non-ground or lift level which require manpower carriage is chargeable additional on top of order fee based on flight of stairs depending on (1)distance, (2)stairway difficulty & (3)Number of items. Failed Delivery / Re-delivery request is chargeable from S$100 to S$150 one way trip based on items. Please kindly be around at arranged timing and day to receive your order. For delivery outside of Singapore, you are welcome to engage your own forwarder to perform the delivery to you. We are able to make deliver to your forwarder's address.

    PAYMENT
    Before Delivery can be arranged, full payment is required to confirm your order to secure a delivery slot. Payment can be made via Bank transfer, Internet Banking, DBS PayLah app or cash payment at our office address.
    Payment details will be provided upon order over phone.

    CANCELLATION & REFUND OF PAYMENT
    Cancellation of order is allowed before delivery confirmation. After order confirmation, cancellation is not allowed. In the event of order cancellation (payment via credit card), there will be a credit card reversal fee of 8% of priced item. EG Item is $100. The refund will be $92.

    FREE STORAGE / HOLDING OF ORDER
    Confirmed orders are free to store with us up to 10months till you are ready to receive your order. After 10 months, the storage fee is chargeable at $20 a calendar day.
